Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Buying & Planning Intern  by helping us build, scale and improve our supply chain processes! In this position you’ll support the Purchasing, Merchandising & Commercial Planning team. 

This full-time internship is available immediately for a minimum of 6 months (or longer) in our HQ in Amsterdam.

You'll be...

• Assisting in new product launches and all the preparation
• Handling master samples: hand over master samples to the design team and chase for approval. Distribute the master samples to our partners/suppliers and sort the samples at HQ
• Creating purchase order and aligning purchase orders schedule based on demand
• Administrating & processing inbound shipments 
• Maintaining product database 
• Supporting communication with external partners: warehouse and the suppliers 
• Checking the daily stock state to ensure product availability 

You...

• Have a sharp eye for detail, are organised and flexible
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• You love working with numbers & are comfortable in multitasking
• Are proactive, a good team player & have excellent communication skills 
• Are hands-on, solution-driven and creative in your approach to solving problems 
• Are keen to learn about and gain practical experience in Planning, Buying and Supply & Demand Product Management
