IT First-Line Support Specialist

Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new IT First- Line Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries within our fast-paced and innovative environment (Retail & HQ).

This position is HQ based, full-time and immediately available. You will report directly to our Manager IT Services. 

You’ll…. 

  • Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues across the company;
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring quick and efficient resolution;
  • Guide and assist employees with IT best practices to enhance their workflow;
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and support logs;
  • Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives;
  • Offer exceptional customer service, reflecting our brand ethos in every interaction.

You... 

  • Have proven experience in IT support or a related field;
  • Have a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products;
  • Have the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
  • Have excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Have a customer-oriented attitude, with a focus on service and discretion;
  • Are fluent in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus).
