Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Merchandise Demand Planner by managing the forecasting process and product availability within Ace & Tate. Supporting the Merchandising Manager with trends and performance analysis of our collection, this role will provide you the opportunity to mix data and products insights in order to help taking strategical business decisions.
This full-time position is available immediately at our HQ in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Merchandising Manager.
You'll be…
Managing the rolling forecast on product level in the planning tool.
Managing and tracking the forecast accuracy and bias.
Reviewing and updating product lifecycle master data in our systems to ensure data accuracy of our assortment.
Analysing product performance against projections to ensure forecast and stock coverage are in line with business growth strategy.
Assessing, on a weekly basis, at-risk products for future availability; partner with our supply planner and buying team to mitigate the risk with suppliers by matching demand with supply.
Responsible for managing and meeting the availability KPI/targets in collaboration with the Supply Planner and the Buying Team
Responsible for analysing historical sales, customer trends, seasonality data and reporting on them towards manager and stakeholders
Working in close collaboration with Commercial & Marketing teams to provide and collect qualitative demand inputs that could impact the forecast.
Analysing the collections and facilitating quarterly business review for phase in/phase out management of end of life and slow-moving inventory.
Participating in building merchandising strategy meeting analysis and presentations
Responsible for ad-hoc analysis to help taking key decisions in merchandising, forecasting or distribution

Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics/Supply Chain Management or other relevant field
Have at least 2 years of related experience in a (demand) planning role.
Have great attention to detail and love to work with Excel/Google Sheets
Have experience in data analysis, data visualisation & storytelling as well as with Powerpoint/Keynote
Have strong analytical skills and are able to understand the business behind the numbers
Are great at collaboration and communication
Have experience using ERP’s, planning tools and inventory optimisation tools is a plus
