Junior ERP Project Manager

Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our Junior ERP Project Manager. In this role, you'll help coordinate and manage ERP projects, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time. Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners. Motivating and guiding project teams toward common goals.

This full time position is available immediately at our Amsterdam HQ.

  • Help plan, execute, and wrap up ERP projects.

  • Keep project activities, resources, and information organised.

  • Team up with colleagues to hit project goals.

  • Keep an eye on project progress and tackle any issues that pop up.

  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to keep everyone in the loop.

  • Join project meetings and share updates.

  • Manage project budgets and costs.

You..

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in ERP or similar projects.

  • Have the ability to create detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage resources effectively.

  • Can prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

  • Can identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Can easily engage with stakeholders, including team members, executives, and end-users. Clear communication ensures alignment and minimises misunderstandings.

  • Comfortable presenting project updates, status reports, and recommendations to various audiences.

  • Understand ERP concepts, modules, and implementation processes.

  • Familiar with organisational workflows and how ERP systems impact them.

  • Understand and interpret core data used by the system to support business processes, such as order details, suppliers, products, materials, store details, financial ledgers, and cost centres.

  • Are comfortable engaging in candid and constructive conversations with senior employees to ensure project success.

  •  Understand the specific industry (e.g., optical business) to tailor ERP solutions effectively.

  • Are a person who thinks in terms of possibilities and solutions.
