Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Retail Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the retail framework. You will be responsible for driving the progress of key projects and ensuring the continuous enhancement of retail operations across our stores in Europe. - Overseeing a shared retail project calendar that outlines key events impacting retail across all HQ departments, while identifying and delivering critical information aligned with our communication strategy.
- Establishing objectives for the Retail Operations team to ensure exceptional service is delivered to both the Retail field team and our customers.
- Providing a clear and organized framework for the retail field team and stores, covering KPIs, policies and procedures, the trading feedback process, trading calendar, training programs, controllable retail costs, and all communication channels
- Organising and managing development projects for retail systems and frameworks, including those initiated by or requiring support from HQ
- Ensuring that new store openings, renovations, and maintenance are efficiently coordinated to maximize sales and profitability while minimizing disruption to all supporting departments
- Managing the Operating expense budgets for all Retail stores ensuring budgets are accurately forecasted every month
- Providing market feedback to the Retail director on Retail operations best practices and new technologies that will support business growth
- Responsible for the seamless end to communications between stores and head office. Streamline and minimise tasks to stores to allow teams more time on the sales floor
- Compiling a quarterly strategic trading pack for regional managers, including sales data, inventory levels, promotions, and competitor analysis

- Have 4-6 years proven management experience in Retail /Retail operations
- Are available 32-40 hours per week
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills with all levels of employees
- Experience in store construction/design is a plus
- Are fluent in English (German or Dutch is a plus)
