Why Join Us?Great Learning Experience:<ul><li>Dive deep into HR with a focus on operational support, supporting different markets (e.g. NL, BE, DE) and widening your knowledge of international labour law.</li><li>Get a hands-on experience with day-to-day administrative tasks, from drafting employment contracts to onboarding new hires.</li></ul>Mentorship &amp; Growth:<ul><li>Work closely with our People Team and get valuable insights and mentorship from our People Operations Specialist, - Advisor, and - Business Partners.</li><li>Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and improving HR processes.</li></ul>What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>Administrative Support: Assist with drafting employment contracts, collecting onboarding information, and maintaining employee data in our HR system HiBob.</li><li>Employee Interaction: Regularly communicate with employees and store managers, answering questions and proactively seeking relevant information.</li><li>Payroll Preparation: Help prepare the monthly payroll by checking all necessary changes and documentation.</li><li>Research: Conduct research on employee legislation to support People Business Partners with advisory cases and policy changes.</li><li>Recruitment Collaboration: Ensure our new hires in retail are processed correctly and able to start on time.</li></ul>About you:<ul><li>Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>Skills: Excellent people and communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and highly organized.;</li><li>Language: Fluent in English. Dutch and/or German are a big plus!</li><li>Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.</li><li>Attitude: A hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn and grow.</li></ul>Start date &amp; duration:We are looking for someone to start on 15 July (latest 1 September) for 40 hours per week over a period of 6 months.
