Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service & Prescription Verification Associate in Liverpool  (approximately 24 hours).

In this role, your main responsibilities will be providing online customer support and performing data verification. However, let me give you a better idea of what you can expect:

• Ensuring timely processing of all orders and their smooth transition into production;
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their orders, and handling any compliments, queries and complaints; 
• Managing online orders for the UK and Ireland;
• Reporting to our optometrist director and working closely with our Customer Experience team base in our Amsterdam office.
• You'll be working from our office in Liverpool on Bold Street.
