Oh, you have no experience in optics?
That’s not necessary.

If you are:
✔ enthusiastic;

then we will teach you everything related to optics. We have an online learning portal and training ready for you.

As a store manager, you will motivate and lead a team of sales assistants, with the help of an assistant store manager, and work together with the optician to provide the best customer service. You will turn analyses into actions and strive to achieve the best possible results.

Challenging?

• Yes, you will ensure the proper transfer of knowledge to your team and the customer;
• You will learn to grind lenses and adjust frames;
• You will handle the recruitment, onboarding, and training of your own team;
• You will work with the team to provide the best customer service.
